My name is Christopher Glass and I live in southeast Tennessee. After receiving my Bachelors in Computer Science from the University of Colorado I worked as a software engineer. Over the years designing and building web applications, I began to see the effects and applications of the software I was building. I began to appreciate the value to business that was provided not just by software but also by the techniques used to build and configure software systems.  

I noticed that by applying similar designs to business processes those processes could be made more efficient and reduce the number of mistakes that occur. I began to notice the absence of those techniques, and obvious improvements that could be made to the systems in restaurants, retail stores, and nearly every category of business and organization I would encounter

I sought to figure out how to help those businesses and organizations.  As I talked with small businesses I found that most were generally unaware their systems could be improved, however, most were not comfortable with the required investment. As such I set out to find low-cost low-investment solutions for businesses to get started and thus created my service offerings as they stand today.
